Haven’t had comp discussions this year, but historically, it’s been 50-60k increases YOY. Recently cleared all 3 rounds of interview for IQVIA Patient Analytics team.
But HR told me that IQVIA at Max matched my current offer otherwise he can't able to release offer letter.
