Hi peeps, I'm planning for an internal switch (I've around 9 YOE) to Payments under CIB LOB. I would be glad to know if anyone shares their experience of working in any of the Payments teams. How's the work culture, hikes, office hours and all ? I'm not sure whether to make the switch or not, so decided to ask it here once.

How to promote the automation culture and documentation culture? I find it hard to give boni for automations since
a) the amount of automations isn't the amount of saved time
b) the amount of saved time is hard to be tracked for a single automation

And how much everyone hates documentation is well known.
