How about the retention pay? If we leave the company we need to pay entire retention pay?I have other wipro and CTS, which company is better to join?

Dekh raha binod. Variable pay 3% se 10% kar rahe hai...aage jaake 20% karenge aur variable pay kabhi milega nahi
Pro
Avoid Citiustech
look for counter offers more.
Your choice at the end. But, if you like mental piece then go for TCS.
I see, Thanks
1) Job Security: TCS, no questions.
2) Better Quality of Work : Citius
3) WLB: Depends on your project, thats simply it.
4) Better Visibility and Exposure : Citius
5) Appraisals and Promotions: Both are kind of same, TCS its 2-5 percent. Citius 1-2 percent. Please note that TCS may not consider u for appraisal next year because you are joining in last months of this year.
6) Company Culture: Citius
7) WFO : TCS 5 days a week, Citius 2 days a week
8) Variable Pay: Citius anywhere between 10-50 percent, TCS for your grade you can expect max of 60-70 but that too its linked to WFO attendance.
9) Benefits: TCS- Insurance and Medibuddy Wallet of 6k a year. Note that insurance taken from CTC. No other reimbursements and nothing.
Citius: a) Insurance and Medibuddy Gold Membership. Insurance deductions not taken from CTC. b) One day a week free snacks served in the office at evening and other ice cream days and all done occasionally.
10) For building a career: Both are not good. Thats simply it. You will end up hating both within 3 years especially due to peanut appraisals
11) My advice: If you have a project in Citius its okay to join. Ask the recruiter. Even if she says yes maybe that can be a project in pipeline and maybe if they dont end up getting it, u may feel like betrayed. Then you have to upskill yourself in the Talent Pool and after 3 months god knows what but I heard that company has stopped layoffs now not sure. That issue wont happen in TCS. Even if u dont have project u have job security there.
Whichever company you join among these 2, just plan for 2 years, start searching elsewhere after 1.5 years.
Hope this helps. Best of luck.
Yes regarding blacklsting, I have also heard same but dont know for sure. TCS have 1000s of projects so I dont know much about it bro. I cant really assure you anything regarding the quality of work there. Because work satisfaction can be very less in TCS depending on projects. Looking at the JD and how the interactions happened with Hiring Manager, I think u may have a good idea. If u find it good then its fine.
Citiustech is in a very bad shape, don't join citiustech
Hi, could you please elaborate how its bad? I have an offer from CitiusTech and not sure after all the comments I saw. Please help
Tcs - known for its job security
Citiustech - know for job insecurity
Projects in citiustech are too short term like 3 months to 6 months just imagine u need to give 2 to 3 tr rounds for every 3 to 4 months to get a project kind of bit hectic also no.of projects are less but if u want to experience the uncertainty and over come those tough challanges of getting a project welcome to citiustech
oh, ok. thanks.. this is going to be a tough decision.
Tcs any day, worked in both company. Rajan Kohli is experimenting his leadership skill in Citiustech, met him twice but every time got a negative vibe
U may never meet god as well but when you meet you know you are COOKED.
Big NO for CITIUSTECH Being an ex-citiustech
Look for another offer 🫠
Higher pay as mentioned by you at CT, hybrid working and good quality projects compared to your other option above.
