Recently I was interviewed in Capgemini for SAP Skill. The requirement was project specific and L2 round was done by@ technical delivery manager. Post interview, he took multiple details such as CCTC, ECTC, LWD etc. However he told he needs to check with his leads and management for the confirmation. What does that mean? It is been 1 week but no update and HR is not responding to mails also.

I have an OL from LTI with a CTC-20 Lpa..As my mother had brain surgery, i need to be with her. i have asked HR to provide WFH. Does LTI support in these kinds of cases?? I have also asked HR to set up a call with the Project Manager.

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. I want to switch and I have a very good offer with me. However everytime I think about resigning I get scared and I’ve this slight hope of something good happening in my current org. The culture and environment in my current org is very good. However I don’t enjoy the work I’m doing here. I don’t know what exactly holds me back from switching but this issue has started affecting my mental health.

Just wanted to know if this happens with everyone while switching or am I the only one.
