Hi Salesforcers, i have a friend of mine who wants to switch careers from banking to tech. He of course doesn't have any tech background and has asked me about a good paying and somehow easy to learn IT job to get into. I have a very basic knowledge about Salesforce admin role but I know of someone who did some bootcamp training and got a decent job as an admin. So my question is that true? If so what kind of training can be taken and how to land a job after?
