I am an automation test engineer and my project app is built on react. So, my manager suggested if I want to get more understanding of Java script and react I can take a course. I said yes and then they purchased me a course which has everything regarding jsx, components,react etc. Now , my question is being an automation tester is it worth to learn react or I should explore something related to my field that is testing? I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.
