Deliotte: 18.15 LPA(16.5 fix + 1.65 variable) + 1 lakh joining bonus, Skill- Cyberark, Designation- Lead Solution Advisor
DXC Technology: 18.37 LPA(17.5 fix + 0.87 variable) + 50k Joining Bonus, Skill- Sailpoint, Designation- Professional 2 Information Security.

Is getting into McK India as associate possible
with MS in info systems and ~3.5 years of tech consulting experience?
Also what is the salary range for this position ?

We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).

What would you recommend doing?
Keeping it to myself?
