Is it safe to get into a development project in Deloitte USI and not able to work well ? Need answer related to job security . I am a lateral hire . I joined this month .

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

What agencies are actually creative led? I'm feeling like mine is more or less an account led client yes shop.

Hoping to go somewhere with ambition and mentorship.

8+ yoe,Project mgmt Domain - I have been working on different roles in PM domain ( Pm, PMO, Business mgmt etc) and recently switched to Scrum master. I dont really feel comfortable in this role - the team is on its 40th sprint and they know all what to do,i on the other hand feel demotivated since there is not a lot to in the entire day - i want to work and learn and i am not sure if the role is such or there is some problem w me? Also regarding project allowance & project incentive, is it fully paid if working in a project or it varies and manager controls how much percentage to be paid?

KPMG has only mentioned the fixed part of salary in the offer letter. Somehow the recruiter said the % variable part wouldn’t be mentioned in it. While on call she said the variable can go upto as high as 20% of fixed but usually above 10% for an average rating. So would it be right for me to say the CTC is Fixed + 20% fixed without being explicitly said in the offer letter?
