If you're looking for work as a plumber, you probably want to post in a bowl related to that line of work vs. corporate law. Good luck!

I don't know if this is the place you might find a job for plumbing. Try with your local community if there's a need for plumbing. I hope you find something immediately buddy.

Maybe he’s a different kind of plumber

Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to land my first product design role and I can’t seem to get my foot in the door. I’ve asked mentors from ADPlist to review my LinkedIn and resume as well as my portfolio and I haven’t had any luck. I graduated from uni in 2020, was bedridden for a whole year which led me to fall behind and I’m embarrassed that I can’t seem to get a job after months of actively trying - I desperately need help as I’m on a Visa that requires me to be employed.
Any advice?

Then just stop eating like a complete child on holiday after those are done 😅 any advice on what helped you get past the cravings and level set would be helpful! Best resources for a very green corporate transactions junior associate to get up to speed?

I just made a switch from a boutique litigation firm to a mid-sized corporate transactions practice. It’s been about 3 months, and I’m simply not meeting the partner’s (understandably high) standards. I love the work, and want to keep doing this, but need to start delivering better work product faster, I just don’t know what I don’t know.

Do you take down call notes directly on the draft or in a standalone doc? I prefer the former since it’s way easier for me to refer and amend after, but a senior who subsequently asked for the notes seems annoyed at the format. These notes were intended for my own reference purposes only…
