I cleared interview at cognizant yesterday on 8th Nov 2025, my current exp is 3.75 years and current CTC is 12.5 lpa as GCP data engineer. While in cognizant i cleared interview for Azure DataBricks and PySpark data engineer role with offer 18.5 LPA.
Do you think it's lower or correct as per markets?
I have experience as GCP, Azure, DataBricks data engineer.


Please help whether to accept or search for better compensation?
