Hi there, I am looking for Associate/ Consultant roles in Social Impact Consulting in India with the likes of Bridgespan Group, BCG and Dalberg. I have almost 2 years work ex in Consulting with a Social Impact Consulting firm in the UK and a Masters in Public Policy from LSE. How much LPA should l expect?

I am an Engg. (2004-2008) then went for MBA from UPES, Dehradun in Oil and Gas (2012-2014 : Regrettable decision). No connection though with O&G industry. Approx 10 years of work exp. Thinking of pursuing ISB MBA for a career jump. Present CTC 12.75. Any suggestions on which course shall I go for or any other alternatives. I can go for regular MBA too. (My age is 36, if it helps).

I have submitted the documents for LTI..before an formal HR call one lady HR called me and ask for expected CTC..i have one offer in hand and i demand 20% of that offer as fixed..she asked me to negotiate and so i went for 20% of offer as total CTC instead of fixed..she simply said OK thats it..and call ended..will I get positive note from them....?

Whats the appraisal cycle period at lti and is there any mid year hike happening in 2022.

Also when do we get the bonus amount? And is it in whole or bifurcation happens ?

I do like the work..but I know I’ll be paid atleast 35K more if I leave..and not sure if the next promotion will happen sooner than 3 years..leave or stay? Don’t have much partner or leadership support but not in a bad book as well

What is the CTC range for in-house Senior Analyst ?

L1 expecting an L2 offer any day, next summer start. HCOL area and trying to figure out what is reasonable for income. Non-traditional student and new to public though I have work experience at the para and professional level. Previous salary before returning to school was 60k base overtime eligible as an internal accountant. My reviews are all exemplary and my prior experience has been directly noted as a benefit.

Would I be out of line expecting $65k-$70k base?

I am being asked to move to Richmond, VA for Sr. Mgr. Supply Chain Analytics role in an organization that is dire need of help.

I am currently at 146k TC, they are offering 190k TC.

I originally wanted a director level role to set the strategy, process, and tools.

Instead I am just being asked to develop the tools.

My hypothesis is a clear lack of strategy and no accountability for process compliance will mean any tools developed will fail.
