I'm studying Finance and Investment and will be graduating in Sep 2022. Have an experience as a Finance executive of 2.5 years and currently working as a junior Financial Controller at London based firm as a part-time till Sept 2022. I want to join BIG4 as I always wanted to join BiG4. So shall I go with the Entry-level position or can apply for an experienced one? I feel that there are certain areas to improve before applying experienced one. Any suggestions?

How common are credit checks for roles in accounting or finance positions? Will high utilization on credit card balances and low credit score be a deal breaker? I’ve been irresponsible and made mistakes, but wondering if I can switch jobs now or if I’m best off waiting 1-2 years and cleaning up my credit first.

Then I requested I am okay with the offered salay and can join immediately. She told me to write over mail to her & her manager. I did that. I have been offered a job at KPMG within cyber security in the uk. Originally it was a 25% hike offer. Now I have received a 8% hike at Deloitte as part of the current performance cycle along with a 5k bonus (great incentives every year) The only thing is KPMG is offering this in a @kpmg regional location where I’m based plus the disadvantage is I need to pay 2500£ for my dependent visa costs which I can save if I continued with Deloitte. Seen Lot of negative comments about KPMG. Any thoughts ?
