Hi, we are being told that we are allowed to work from home (VCC) from certain states and not from other states. States on list Delhi, UP, Punjab, Haryana, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal. We are told it has nothing to do with Amazon, its government policy that allows work from from certain states and not from other states. Can any one specify what is this government policy is there any name to it..... if I want to tweet about it to raise awareness about it

I have been a PM at my company for 2 years now, with a years prior experience as associate PM. I got promoted before my certification, but was told if I did not get a PMP or ACP I would get my promotion taken away.
Received the ACP and have not seen a raise. Now we have a girl that is getting a 15k raise and going straight from Project coordinator to PM (with one year experience) and no certification. She will now be 5k less than me. If she gets CaPM she gets a 5k raise. Wong to feel slighted?
