Suggested edit: change "willing to" to "hoping to" so you sound enthusiastic.
No problem. Hope you get something. Ogilvy NYC always had creatives from across the pond. Grey. BBDO. The big ones. Contact ECDs.
In my experience, American agencies don’t wanna deal with the nightmare of outsourcing. Especially the tax implications. You have better odds getting a foothold in euro agencies (ie grey London) that have American presences, then try to get bookings via those offices, “helping out” the American office.
Also there’s a significant line of amazing American “award winners”, with tax ids, sitting on the bench. Unless your work is bonkers, the odds are low.
That's why we are calling for fellow creatives in the U.S. to help. :)

Assuming English isn’t your 1st language, “willing to work with cool agencies” makes you sound like you believe you’re doing US agencies a favor by gracing them with your employment. Something which I doubt you mean to convey.
I suspect you’re looking for work in general, correct?
You're right. We'd be delighted and excited to work with agencies in the U.S.
We work a lot with French and E.U agencies, but we want to leave our comfort zone and confront ourselves with something different.
Hey French team
That was my case. I found a job in an agency that had an office in NYC and got transferred after only 1 year with them under an L1A visa.
Now after another 1 year in NYC my agency is already processing my green card.
If you’re that good it shouldn’t be a problem for you to do so.
Only took 2 years from France to green card offer.
I’m Art Direction bg. Make sure your writer knows English really well before moving. NYC has already enough of writers that struggle.
That's great to know. Which agency do you work for? As far as my writing skills are concerned, they will never be as good as those of a native speaker. I hope I'll be able to compensate with my creativity and my way of thinking.
Your book plz?

Hi made the same move a year ago. Send me a DM, I can give you some advice on visas or get you in touch with recruiters and agencies. Not a lot of agencies sponsor visas at the moment, but some of them do.
