I have 5 years of experience in 3D design & operations. I accepted the offer of 10L from Accenture to come on notice period (90 days). Now John Deere is offering 11.5L based upon Accenture office. Having global economic slowdown in consideration shall I take this offer? Accenture John Deere

It depends on what you are looking for. Overall I would prefer Dilworth. Both are very walkable but it depends on what you want to walk to. Noda has a few blocks that are very restaurant and bar heavy and easy to walk between, Dilworth has bars and restaurants but more scattered. Dilworth is more established, safer, and closer to Uptown but Noda has the light rail that can make getting to Uptown easier.
I agree. I live in the Belmont neighborhood and am not quite sure I'd trade it for Dilworth aside from my home value. There are pros and cons to both (amenities, restaurants, traffic patterns, etc.).
Specific location in each is significant too. A lot of stuff gets called NoDa, but isn't really close to 36th & Davidson (or the light rail), but also might be near other good stuff...or not. I imagine Dilworth has some better spots than others too.
NoDa is going to be a little more chaotic I think, with noise and such. Maybe a little grungier. Do you need the space? Are you buying or renting? Assuming with the “apartment” you’re renting?
Renting!

Would love to hear why!

Why Dilworth?
I also live in the Belmont neighborhood, and am in my early 30s, so I’m familiar with both areas but I’d recommend dilworth. It’s safer and a desirable neighborhood.
