Will this effect my bgv, I left company a on march 3rd and joined company b on march 8th. I got reliving letter and everything and it was a clean exit. I plan to switch to new org in few days, but I noticed in pf portal that company a has not yet marked the doe in pf portal? How to correct that , should I mark exit in pf portal by myself or ask company a to do it (already sent a email)

I have an experience of 6 years in Production and Application Support. I have worked as middleware administrator as well for Jboss and Weblogic.
But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.
Do companies hire for AWS profiles with good packages at beginners level?

However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. It has really disheartened me and I feel I should be earning more money
