Can anyone please help me , if I have a offer of 14 Lpa (12.2 fixed +1.2 vairable) . I have HR round of other company, I am not sure how much can I ask from them. I have never done any negotiation before 😅. How much should I ask for? What minimum should I be getting and expecting. HR knows I have a offer of 14 lpa , i informed before the interviews itself.
