I know Liver King is out there but my roommate has been living by his “9 ancestral tenets” and it basically changed his life. Anyone else that follows something similar seen benefits? Seems like he’s rooted on well being and staying connected with the world around you. Even if you think he’s weird his YouTube video is well put together.

Hi folks
I wanted a suggestion from you all guys, I have given interview of PS and got a call for offer after interview and I denied the offer as I have received an offer from some other company, I denied coz I was not doing offer shopping or piling offers, he tried to convince me and when I didn't get convinced he said to blacklist me from PS. What to do?

Personal opinion but I really don’t like HireVue, I believe if candidates are dedicating their time to interview they deserve to talk to a human and ask questions too. Also how nerve wracking and awkward are one-way interviews?
However, if you like the company I would still stick it out and do it anyways. The company I interviewed turned out to be nice, although perhaps a bit misguided on what makes a good candidate experience 😅
Hirevue has been in use for a lot of large companies for a long time. Treat it like a live interview and it will be fine. Follow the instructions and dress properly. It’s just one of many assessment tools recruiters use.
Thank for the thoughts on this question. I did end up completing the HireVue interview, mostly out of curiosity. The questions I was asked were worded very poorly and fully of grammatical errors, and this format left me without a lot of context for what they were looking for in my responses. I'm not sure whether these were default questions or submitted by the hiring company, but the experience left me with a negative opinion of the company overall. I'm contemplating whether to withdraw from consideration altogether, since the job and company just seemed OK from what I have read, nothing stellar.
With HireVue, I have an invite however, it says that it will be conducted by a senior manager … how does that work
