Massive layoff at Crispin CPB LA just let go of everyone but about a dozen people. It’s pretty much closed.
Well fuck. I got laid off. Just when you think you’re in the clear, 2020 brings the pain. Guess it’s true that the big title comes with a big target.
Hey guys I also got laid off at D. 1 year experience as a BTA>S&A>CCG. Would anybody mind helping a mate out with any referrals? Would love to discuss over DM. Appreciate your help, thank you so much!

Deloitte layoffs still happening. What the heck?
Anyone else constantly worried that they are going to get fired? I think I am burnt out and I cannot concentrate. I am always stressed and feel like I am one bad review away from getting fired
So I love my fiance with all my heart. He's the most patient, caring, loving man. Our wedding is planned for some time end of next year. But he just got recently laid off and doubts started to creep in again. He has always worked, but always in a dead end kind of job. And this job was his first "professional" job and now that's out the window. While I trust in his potential, he's not dumb or anything. He's a bit slow (not very aggressive, quiet). I just keep climbing up the ladder so the gap is
I hate that I can’t just enjoy a quiet period instead of feeling like it means I’m about to get laid off
Since graduating college 4.5 years ago I’ve worked at three marketing agencies averaging a year and two months at each. I took four months off earlier this year after a layoff to study data science. I’m now back in digital marketing on month six of my current job. How long should I stay at my current company? I’ve been told two years minimum which is unfortunate because if I leave in six months I’ll make a lot more money on the market.
Is it wrong that I like when people leave or get fired? Not like I get joy from misfortune but I love the drama and scoop
Anyone else have a lingering fear that they could be fired at any moment? I’ve received great performance reviews and my partner says I’m doing very well, but I don’t vibe with my colleagues as well as it seems others do.
Thought: Should companies not give full time offers to incoming interns if that means they will be able to layoff a smaller number of workers who are qualified to do their job and not underperforming?
Has anyone at the executive level negotiated termination provision or a guaranteed severance? (Ie 4-6 months plus placement) Independent or holding co?
Why does PwC need layoffs again if the business is doing well? Also, curious to know what are the other “business reasons” when your util and snapshots are great?
Today’s headline: 3.9% unemployment. Meanwhile on fishbowl, 5+ posts about people getting laid off in the last 24 hours. What’s going on?
Better to be a big fish in a small pond or a little fish in a big pond for MBA apps (I.e. superstar at B4 or mediocre/below average at MBB; metaphorically speaking ofc, ik the B4 is technically bigger in terms of size but you understand the point in terms of competitiveness)?
Had a client asking about blooom.com. I have read some about the company but would appreciate feedback...does a program like this help keep 401k balanced which is outside my advice or promote the DIY investor?
I got an offer from a boutique outside of my home country and they are ready to process visa. But I am interviewing with MBB and they only have final round interview slot early next month even after I tell them I have an offer at hand. What should I do? Theoretically I can sign with the boutique and then break it but I don’t want them get me into the visa process. Advice needed please.McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group

I accepted a huge promotional offer to a manager role in industry. So I am leaving big4 as a senior. My background check just came through and somehow they have my big4 salary listed, even though I’m 99% sure I checked the box they couldn’t contact my employer. Could the company take back my offer for something lower?

Question: The company that you are working for offers cloud managed services and has been approached by a potential client. What are some areas (or red flags) you would consider before responding to their RFP? ( I started putting together a response but would love to get your insights) Answer: 1) Understanding of current annual spending vs spending if they adopted our cloud services 2) Clients expected growth rate 3) Regulatory requirements depending on industry (medical, fed etc)
