This is the way, add value to people, build your personal brand on LinkedIn and your sector, have a system when applying so you understand if you’re moving forward or not when on the job hunt, build something on the said that uses your skills in your career. The game, has definitely changed, in 2026.

I get it. I was laid off on Halloween 2024 and it was hard for that first week. I quickly learned that you need to build something in addition of having a career. We’re in a new age of looking for work and work now. What worked in 2016, will not work in 2026. I hope things get better, but that will take some time due to the economy we’re in.
