If you plan to stay in the industry or keep your network, I’d advise against a scorching farewell speech. Ideally, I’d voice “how you have been treated” now to find ways to change it. Maybe a counselor, mentor, executive you trust, etc.
But Sounds like you feel like you can’t speak up and your only option is to leave. Then I’d leave sooner rather than later and put a smile on on your face while you are doing it. You never know who talks to who and when you might encounter individuals involved in the situation again. Do what’s best for you not what feels best for a moment.
Don't give them free consultation on their culture on the way out

Felt this way when I left my firm. I didn’t even have an exit interview which proved everything I thought to be true. Even got a text from my Coach a few weeks after leaving giving me crap for someone else on my team leaving.
OP - Add proofreading to your agenda as well.
OP - My other advice would be to not burn bridges on your way out. It’s a small world. You don’t know who you would work with or need help from in the future.
Take the high road!
What’s the point of doing it on the way out? If you feel you are being treated unfairly, why not speak up now? If your company’s culture is so toxic that you feel it’s impossible to do so, I’d actively be looking for other opportunities.
Holding out for a big speech on your last day feels a bit passive aggressive to me.
No point holding this information for your exit interview. Give it to someone who can use it and/or do something about it. Those in your exit interview most likely cannot. This saves you burning bridges unnecessarily.
Will fall on deaf ears OP...don’t waste your time and potential damage to your professional reputation. We’ve all been there and grew from the experience and matured through the process.
No one would care . Just leave .
Nobody will care. Don't waste your energy on this. Instead, focus on your future.
That said, can you share your speech??

Don’t burn that bridge.

That won't be as satisfying as you imagine.
Take it to the press if you really want someone to feel bad about how you've been treated 🐺

Make you cc me bro
Don’t get all pumped up for your exit interview. I left December 31st and never had one. I didn’t need to put together a list, my manager already knew why I was leaving as they have been contemplating it, too.
