It’s a great question. I honestly just do the old fashioned way and google pharmacies near me. I call each one and simply ask, “Hi do you have any Adderall Extended Release 20mg in stock?”

Be sure to specify the following:
1. Extended Release, immediate release (ER/IR)
2. Dosage amount
3. Generic/name brand (if this is important to you). If they don’t have generic though, and they only have name brand, it will be approx $220+ for name brand.

Every month before I request my refill, I call my primary pharmacy to see if they have stock (they usually don’t). Then I get to play this fun game where I have to call every nearby pharmacy to see who has stock…make sure you have time allotted for this, during busy periods (eg lunch) so pharmacy hold times near 20 mins

Fun is one way to put it lol. I feel the same way. Do I really have to play hide and seek every single month. Ugh.

I’m in the UK and have been using Boots stock checker. Write ‘lisdexamphetamine’ instead of Elvanse/Elvanse Adult (and make sure your Rx says this too) and pop in random post codes until something says they have it. Call to confirm and then give them my NHS number if they do have stock in order to reserve. Only had to try 2 pharmacies this month but last month called 60+ before finding one an hour away

I haven’t been able to get any in over 2 months

Try a family owned, small business type pharmacy
