Had a recruiter screening with @Blackstone and they told me 7-8 round of interviews
A lot of people count each interviewer as a round when it's not.
Unfortunately most of the bigger tech companies are doing this. One of the rounds for a company I interviewed with recently for was 3 individual interviews with 3 different people for 30mins each. And this is just halfway through the process, after the recruiter screen and the hiring manager interview🤦
i heard it’s crazy for big tech especially for team matching phases I’ve even read the entire cycle taking between 6-12 months and still rejected
Sadly becoming more common in this low hire, low fire environment, because prospective employers can A) afford to be picky and B) are highly incentivised to only on board people they're absolutely certain will be a good fit.
@Skylight wants multiple rounds maybe 6? and they try to give silcontech vibes. idk I think they are understaffed though in recruiting
