Date ideas in Boston?
Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

All senior team (starting Managers) sit together and discuss every team member starting interns and going up to associates, seniors, then managers leave so everyone can discuss them
Sometimes we use formal reports from our feedback system, sometime we just discuss without any formal reports involved
After that partners take their time (couple of weeks) to make final decisions with HR team
Every employee has “relationship leaders” (directors for associates and seniors; partners for managers and above). For every practice, the relationship leaders for a given level in that practice come together at “CRTs” (“career round tables”) to discuss readiness for promotion and tier for bonus for everyone at that level in the practice.
