Hi Fishes, I have received an offer from Barclays for AVP position. But the role discussed during interview was for Tech Delivery Manager whereas the offer letter mentions it as Tech Delivery Lead. Can you guys please suggest if it is the same role or should I request recruiter to get the role updated? Moreover it would be great if any of you can shed some light on the prospects/challenges of this role based on your experiences. Barclays Barclays global service center
Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏
Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

I'm trying to find the time and energy to continue pursuing hobbies and things that make me happy. It's hard to do with the stress of being out of work hanging on me 24/7, but I know if I don't continue working out, reading and doing things to distract myself from it, it's only going to get worse and I'm going to get more depressed.
Companies are very unlikely to give any feedback, mostly for legal reasons. They don't want to say something that can be misconstrued and turned into a lawsuit. Plus, from their standpoint if they're not going to be working with you they owe you nothing. Anyway, if you're getting interviews your resume must be working and you must come off as a strong candidate. Perhaps you could work on your interviewing technique. But it's also just true that it's always a competition, and you could just be getting edged out by someone else. Just have to stay persistent and know that next time you'll edge someone else out.
