How are you handling ethics in your organization today, specifically in your IT department?
I have discussed ethics in IT for many years, yet until recently, I have seen little in the way of vetting, education, or even acknowledgment that it is an issue to be formally addressed.

Chief
No amount of those things can turn someone who will take the opportunity into someone who won't. This is why companies do background checks and call it a day.
Agree with D1. I’ve heard whispers of it, but no visible engagement or enforcement on it. The temptation to be unethical is too great for many, and in my experience, becomes harder to be ethical the higher up in leadership you go.
