How can I go from big 4 to mbb?

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. I personally don’t see too many issues working at either Amazon or Facebook because I work at Deloitte where I’m sure we have many questionable clients and worked in financial services before. Curious on whether people are thinking about the ethics of their exit company when deciding to move?

I am looking to pivot into consulting at one of the big4 ( for ~2-3 years)or any other consulting firm to have a well rounded experience that could be applicable to any industry. 1) Yes, our salaries are in line with B4. Happy to discuss specifics with the skeptics.

3) Our WLB is miles better than B4.

Is it possible for me to learn new technology and switch. Recently acquired AWS cloud practitioner certification which is of no use to me now as they are asking for exp. Are Tuck and Darden really much better for consulting than other schools? Yeah they have that rep but it seems they have more students recruit for MBB so overall success rate into these firms isn’t much higher than other schools.

Interviewed with Chicago court 2 weeks ago; they decide mid-August. Interviewed with DC judge last week; hear from him by this Friday. Chicago said if I need an answer before August, they'd try to make a decision about me sooner.
Should I ask Chicago for an answer? Or should I wait until there's an offer from DC judge? Maybe seems better to withdraw before an offer is made rather than ask for time to think about it/turn down DC? What's proper etiquette?
