When you put in your two weeks can you pick a day other than Friday to leave? I would like to have Monday as my last day for insurance reasons.

I have been in SMB and MM sales but just started an Enterprise AE position. I’m working on email templates and am curious if any other Enterprise AEs would recommend separate email templates for companies with 250 users vs 1000+ users? My manager recommended setting up separate email templates but. I usually just have 2-3 generic plug and play templates that I tweak based on conversations/typical pain points. Just want to see if there’s a case for separate templates that I might be missing

Help me with a situation. I am in ad sales now with $140K OTE, but my ultimate goal is to be in enterprise software sales. My plan was to take the next level up of my current role, with a $220K OTE, to get the large enterprise experience vs the small enterprise types I work with now.

My company recently changed my commission plan by capping half of our variable payout, resulting in the sales reps making roughly 30% less on commission checks when going over quota.
