How can I handle an unreasonable supervisor? I’m on an understaffed project with excessive hours, and despite raising concerns, my supervisor thinks the solution is for us to work faster. We still have months left, so this isn’t a temporary issue. I’m hesitant to escalate to the MD due to potential backlash, but I need advice on how to proceed. My PL has given me some advice, and I’d appreciate any thoughts from the group.
