Hi Fishes
In spite of having applied for many jobs at Citi (including the referrals), I have not got any calls from Citi.
I do not understand what's wrong with my profile ! I do get calls from other Captives but not from the Citi.
Are there any hacks to get calls from Citi ? Citi @citibank

Paid off my account debt!
Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

Rabi inni lima anzalta ilaya min khairin fakir. This is the dua Musa AS said in the Quran to ask for rain for a farmer. The rain fell and he was given a wife, which Musa never asked for.

To add on, make this dua or whatever dua you want in sujood. This is when you’re closest to Allah SWT so it may be more sincere to make it in sujood rather than raising your hands after salah like most do
You can just pray from your heart and make sincere dua for success. Also some duas you can read are Bismillah, Rabbi Zidni Ilma, and Rabbish rahli sadri wa yassirli amri wah lul uqdatan min lisaani, yaf kahu kauli -My Lord, expand for me my breast [with assurance] and ease for me my task and untie the knot from my tongue that they may understand my speech.” This is a dua from Prophet Musa in Surah Ta ha in Arabic, it begins at ayat 25 and ends verse 28.
Others have already answered. My favorite is prophet Musa’s prayers that EY1 and SA1 mentioned.
The only thing I’m here to add is pray that whatever is best for you works out. I’ve learned the hard way that what you necessarily want and might pray for may not be the best thing for you
I pray on the names of Allah. A friend shared this prayer in school and it works for tests: Ya Saboor Ya Qaddus Ya Ghafoor Ya Wadood. Recite thrice before the test.
