Been with company for 2.5 years in a SFA role, and they just let me hire an associate financial analyst reporting into me. My manager never mentioned anything in regards to a promotion, but when I asked, I was told that there will be an evaluation period before any promotion is given. I love my WFH in PwC India & base location of Kolkata. & the best thing is stability in PwC India, they never lay off!!

Told a friend of mine in tech I was considering moving to BCG. He asked me if I would have to move to Boston.

I followed up by asking what he thought the top consulting firms were. "I'd guess PwC and then McKinsey are the best. I've also heard of KPMG, Deloitte, and Bain, but I don't know much about them."
