May I know what is the notice period if one resigns in infy during the first 6 months of joining? I am a lateral resource and they hired me in June, but they have no projects related to my tech and want me to take weird roles.. seems they are hiring to increase employee count and cross training most. just looking for options..

My son started sleeping in a low rise bed at 6 months old.
He started the night on his bed and eventually coming to our bed. When he was 18 months old he stopped wanting to come to our bed, so he started sleeping in his bed the whole night, with one of us occasionally sleeping there with him.
He is now 4 and still comes to our bed when he's scared or not feeling well.
He never slept in a crib, so I know it's not exactly what you asked, but we started pretty early, which hopefully tells you that each child is different and you just have to try!
Good luck!
We switched from crib to bed when they started climbing out of it regularly (and into each other’s), probably around 2. I have 3yo twins and a 17mo. The 17mo is still in a crib.
I have 3 sons. They were all different. Oldest was fine sleeping in a crib at 3. Middle one was on a mattress on the floor at 18 months bc he was a climber. The last one was out of the crib somewhere between 2-3.
You have to do what’s best for your child. Just make sure there’s no possibility of climbing if you put a mattress on the floor. I’d also keep the crib up for a bit in case she reverts back to the crib after trying the floor
Once they climb out of the crib on a regular basis, its time to make the move.
We had a convertible crib, that allowed us to take the side off it and replace it with a low barrier that allowed our kids to get out as needed - we did this as we started potty training just before each one turned 3.
He showed me one day how he could stand on the railing and jump off. Terrifying as a mother. Crib was taken apart that day and a new bed from Amazon arrived the next day. So much for my big plans on picking out just the right next furniture. Nope Amazon bed and mattress and same dresser as with crib. And it’s all fine.
He was 3 and before that day I didn’t have any sense he had even considered climbing out.
I'm just waiting until there is a change that requires him to move out of his crib (e.g., climbing, growing bigger than the crib, etc.). My kiddo is 2.5, and I have no interest in moving him to a toddler bed in the near future

I was told do it as late as possible but my son is a little terrorist. The 3 days we had him on a bed at our hotel were hell - up roaming 5am etc. in his crib, he sleeps til 7 nice and secure. He’s turning 3 in January and he’s still in his crib. I rue the day I need to convert it to a toddler bed.
We moved ours when they turned 3
