How and when in the interview process would you go about asking about a company's philosophy on/commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)?

I'm actively interviewing with 5 companies right now, but the one that seems most likely to give me an offer is also the only one where I've so far only been interviewed by 3 white men Is there a delicate way to ask why there aren't women and BIPOC involved in the hiring decision process / whether leadership at the company is more inclusive?

Level C2
Base pay 160K (I had asked for 190K)
YOE ~17 years (9 years as Architect)

Resigned from my job for blatant racism last week. Been a contingent worker for 6 months. The manager that recruited me unfortunately left after a couple weeks and went to another company. She however recommended me for the permanent opportunity to higher management. The acting manager came in, permanent role was posted, I applied, interviewed……manager told me they chose someone else external for the role. Are people with criminal records allowed at any corporations? I don't have one, I'm just wondering what level of misconduct is allowed on a background check for a large company to still consider them?

I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. It's very annoying and I find it to be really inapprorpriate, maybe because it's pushy or just I find these comparative things to be a bit irrelevant. How does one handle something like that? Can you shut the person down without starting a spat?

One of my friends asked me if there was anyone at my company who was looking for new work. I know that there is, but isn't that a huge conflict of interest to share that information?
