How do I best prep for Mck BA case interview?

Please help with your suggestions to this Depressed fish!
10 YOE and worked diligently with sub standard package relying on bosses alms without realised the exploitation until recently.
But now I really want to make it big.

So got some offers, but not those which I am looking for. Skillset is cutting edge cloud.cold applying on LinkedIn job openings aren't helping getting decent interview calls!
Can you please show me some path? Or am I estimating myself beyond my capabilities!

I recently joined Company A on H1B few weeks ago. Now I have another offer with a better pay from comp B (I started the interview process long before I joined company A) and would like to proceed with comp B. Will this cause any issues in my visa stamping now or in the future? Anyone gone through this?

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. Also, do interviewers still appreciate a hand written thank you for the interview?

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? I accepted an offer a week ago with a great company (Company A) that for this season in my life seems like a great fit and only strengthens what I have to offer company B down the road. Company B just sent me a request for interview and I want to keep the door open with Company B but they were just very late in extending an interview.

BCG fishes: If you make a temporary transfer to another office for 12-24 months, will your salary (& taxes) come from the home office or the office that you transferred to?
