I said because I have an offer of 23. Later she came back that they can provide 24+2lJB. I mean wtf you were surprised with 25 in the first place. If my skills are upto the mark why can’t you offer without any counter offer. Then they complain Candidate take offer and don’t join. I mean you see the irony here.
