How do I find a job abroad with visa sponsorship?
I see these ads on Instagram by random people who claim that they have cracked the process of getting a job abroad, are these really useful? They conduct a webinar for a few hours where they claim to explain the process. Does enrolling for this help? If yes, any suggestions from personal experience?

Cleared first round and my on-site is next week. It just came to my notice something about visa sponsorship in JD. It states “This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.” I have H1B but I would need H1b transfer and GC sponsorship. Can anyone help me out here.
