Does EY’s vision plan not cover eye exams?
Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

I too suffer from social anxiety and am critiqued about it at work. Deloitte likes us to be smiley and slick.
Well, as depressing as the answers above are, I tend to agree as a nervous Nancy that anxiety is a trait. Best you can do is mitigate.
Weed, so you chill your social anxiety
Go out more often. Do what gives you anxiety. This is the only way to overcome it.
Wow EY2, not okay. Seriously.
OP, Ask yourself what your anxious about. What specifically could happen in a given social situation that makes you anxious? If that thing that you're anxious about actually occurs, what's the worst that could happen? Really try to examine the roots of your anxiety. That is the first step.
As hard as it is, growth never happens in our comfort zone. After identifying, new willing to put yourself in situations where you'll be exposed to your fears.
Best of luck.
CBT really, really helps. You need to identify your negative thought patterns and coach yourself to break them. Really helped me through my anxiety, but obviously it's not a 100% cure.
Focus on making one person who is possibly uncomfortable be more comfortable. It'll help you get out of your own head. It gives you an external focus. It will help you feel productive and better about yourself.
We tend to think that situations happen to us as punishments/tests. Reframe it as an opportunity to be the kind of person you'd want to be around.
