How do the smaller "eat what you kill" firms handle staffing? If I sell a deal that requires 10-15 people - do they generally maintain enough of a bench to staff, do they try to manage the hiring pipeline JIT, or is it my problem to go find people in the market and hire? Being approached by a couple of these firms, want to make sure I understand the model.

What does everyone think about dining out at a restaurant (outdoor seating at 50% capacity, tables 6 feet apart) now that restaurants opening back up? Safe? In Florida for context.

Does anyone have experience working for a ALSP? How does compensation work (pay and benefits)? Are you an employee or technically an IC? Do you have billable requirements like at a firm? How do you think it prepared you to potentially move in house? I'm currently at a firm but thinking of taking a position with an ALSP but my goal is to go in house.
