How do you all actually find to apply for and land an OE job?

I’m looking for a decently interesting ½ to ¾ time job 2 I can do remotely from home, ideally with flex and asynch freedom, low meetings, permanent or contract work.

Would hide situation from both jobs. Would also need to honor noncompetes.

It’s hard to find any job now, so I’m struggling to find options that check most boxes to pursue. Also confused about how you dodge interview questions about why you’re searching. Any advice?

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Do you all think I will be rejected?

I have accepted EY IN Offer.
Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
