How do you all feel about how projects in D&C are being managed. This is the fourth weekend I am being made to work. Delivery leader and GTM leader have been fired. They have hired new guys but I doubt they can stand up to founders.
Imagine 30 people doing the work of 90 people. Worst thing is it has the backing of ASIF the founder so that itself shows YOU SHOULD leave as founders have no concern for well being. Esp in Honeywell, Definity,Equinix worst GTM teams HORRIBLE

Looking for respectful ways to manage helping people in need of a job or seeking mentorship. I get 3-4 requests a week from mutual contacts asking if I can connect with a former colleague (always broad). Typically the ask is a 30-45 min call. I’ve been laid off, I know how hard a time it is, but equally am working long hours, parenting and want to reserve time for those I know. How do others manage these extra calls into their weeks?

The occasional posturing we get in here about getting fired or “cancelled” for bigoted opinions is extra silly when we consider Glassdoor makes you verify with your work email address or LinkedIn to post and if someone really thinks they’re being persecuted, Glassdoor knows who they are lol

Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?
