You tell them your experience but only the parts that relate to the position. If needed, at the end highlight how it relates to the position you applied for. You do not need to go through all your experience; however some stupid recruiters will make you go through each job.

Had only one call with my TL in first two months. Few weeks later, on workday I noticed that my TL got reassigned. Contacted him and have setup regular catch-ups. He dropped a bomb that he is leaving and I will be reporting to partner. Partner is time poor and no feedback is offered. This is my first consulting role and I feel I am not receiving enough support. Few people are helping to learn the ropes but WFH has exacerbating the problem. How do I get a TL to receive pointed feedback? PwC

I've had three interviews so far: 1) with the recruiter, 2) with the hiring manager, 3) with the lead of an adjacent division. I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors. My last job was a temporary remote job where I didn’t really interact with my supervisor and the jobs before that were at my family’s business (I do not speak to any of them for serious personal reasons.) Anything before that was grad school and I haven’t kept in contact with any professors from over five years ago. What should I do? 😕

Hey All,
I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.
