My bills and backlogs wake me up.
I first meditate. It's easier to get up and plan for the day when I've fixed my mindset. Today I want to be productive– it worked better for me than thinking about what I actually have to accomplish. I only end up overwhelmed if I start it thinking about the latter.
Why to do in morning..Try evening work outs they are also very effective
I agree, you may like evening workouts. Unless, you feel super tired after work?
I stare at my flabby stomach every night, and it pushes me to get up in the morning and do something about it.
I prefer to work out in the evenings after work, but going to bed as early as possible may help you feel more energized in the morning.
I've set goals and I know that I won't achieve them by the deadline I've established unless I'm disciplined. That said, some days are easier than others.
Honestly, I just make myself go. I don't really have motivation but somehow I do it. I think building the habit over time has helped me ot just keep doing it over and over.
You just start off by doing light exercises. If you get accustomed to them you do the harder ones. Doing the easier ones first allows your body to adjust and also tells your mind that you can do it, so you don't get demotivated right away. After a while your body will get acclimitized and will seek the workout during rest periods.
