How do you deal with ageism when you’re still building your career later in life? I’m 42, just getting into the industry full-time after years of working adjacent jobs, and I feel completely invisible next to all the 24-year-old “rising stars.” It’s like everyone assumes you should already be established by now or that you can’t possibly be as hungry. What’s worked for you to stay confident and build credibility without feeling like you’re always ten steps behind?
