How do you deal with setbacks? I've been navigating a lot of rejection recently and I'm trying to stay positive. What are ways you've found helpful to keep moving forward? Could really use some help in this department!

Remember that what happens in your life doesn't define you or your value. Stay focused on your goals, and look to positive figures and stories of people who overcame rejection. Many famous figures were not accepted right away. Consider the growth that comes from staying confident even though this is happening

Your worth is not defined by your job or by other people. Try and reframe your thoughts around 'rejections' by changing the word to 'learnings' What is meant for you is coming :) Here to talk more if you'd like to

Sounds cheesy but sit down and think about the things you love about yourself, really proud moments, things you feel proud about. Could be once upon a time or now. Write them down. For the things that used to be, know that they are still within you and waiting to be unleashed again. Focus on the positive. The rejection is noise. External noise. And often purely circumstantial. Know that to your core.

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

I need help. I'm dealing with multiple losses in the same week and having a hard time... I took some time off from work but I have no motivation to do anything. I don't want to go back to work and don't care about my work right now. I want to quit but I don't want to make a rash decision but need a long break. It's also not fair to my team that I can't give it my 100%. What can I do?
