How do you deal with unreasonable clients that request for a lot of unnecessary work IE detailed notes on MP calls for all things discussed or reaching out to five different contacts five different times when doing a buyer outreach?

I feel at the VP level they should push back on these things or just say no as these requests slows the process down and burns us all out. Yet even as my VP and team are frustrated with the demanding client they just bend backwards for them. Is it worth bringing up

The hostility on my team is rough. We have a yeller. I walked by her room the other day. She was screaming across the room at a student, "you have to be kind to get kindness." Seriously, those were her words in a loud, berating, angry tone. Our admin has asked that we not report these. We are to talk to the teacher. She has yelled at me and other adults. Admin has to know she treats the kids this way too. One teacher has to work with her door closed to not hear the yelling all day.

Interesting all the noise about these PPT, my take:

The pandemic took all the upside of an IB analyst life (client meetings in person, fancy trips, suit up, worshiped at networking events) and left all the juniors with the downside (long hours, monkey-like type of job, aggressive work environment).

Not that the complaints are not sort of legitimate but you may need to revise the decision-making process that led you to accept a return offer. Specially if you were looking for less hours.
