Valid!! Super hard to do in an economic situation like we have today which is the frustrating part.
I don't know how to explain it, I guess I can kind of always sense it. When I start feeling like there is no growth or future in a role, then it is time for me to look for something else.

So true. It's hard to work in a place that is stagnant, but the bills still need to be paid.
Start looking into growth opportunities within the company, taking courses to level up, and/or volunteering for an organization your passionate about. If these things bring you excitement, look for roles that more align with where you are in your life now. If they doing this brings a new zing to your existing job, then you know you are one who not just wants to but needs to level up their game on a regular basis. Make this part of your personal plan for yourself.
