Need advice. Top performer. Team members have been leaving and I have a stupid amount of responsibilities. So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot.
