How much of a factor does using a 3rd party recruiter vs. internal recruiter vs. employee referral play in the process at B4?

I have left with salary negotiation round with HR at kpmg, current package 14.7( 12 fixed + 2.7variable) in current company
If i wl leave now i am loosing 2.7 lakh variable pay of this year + 10-15 % annual hike which i will be getting in this financial end.
