How do you generally go about finding the registered agent to serve an insurance company (either with summons, SDT, etc)? It’s easy in my state (OK) to look up Reg Agents for corporations with the Sec of State, but no idea how folks do it for insurance companies.

I see CJL offers an incentive+ base but I’m curious about that structure.

Is it impossible to actually earn a respectable incentive bonus?
Am I going to have some partner come cut me out of any cases where I might actually make a solid fee?

My firm offers very generous commission splits for cases that I bring in. What are good ways for a young plaintiffs attorney with no name recognition to bring in cases?

What's your preference for plaintiff's side? Steady pay at approximately $120k with no bonuses, or a base salary of $70k plus a cut of what you close over a minimum threashold? Midwest-ish market. In both situations, you get a cut of what you bring in.
