I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. I’ve applied for receptionist, medical biller/coordinator, and medical clerk. Even with inflation willing to work for minimum wage or less just to gain experience.

I have an interview tomorrow to work at a fintech startup. I'm slightly worried as I'm not sure what it'll be like working While they use functional programming which I enjoy, I'm concerned about how much pressure I'll be under.

How long does it take HR to get back after final round of interview? I had 3 rounds each of 45 minutes spread over more than a week and it went well. The final interviewer had told me that HR would get back on next steps. It's been about a week now but haven't heard back from them.

Started at a big firm in July with high hopes- in the career path I wanted and I would be joining with other new grads.
After onboarding, it’s as if my team forgets about us every day. The training is non existent, there doesn’t seem to be any initiative to invest in new hires, my manager scolds me for not knowing enough yet gives no direction. I’ve been suffering from some immunology issues and stress from work would worsen it, therefore I want to move to a company/role with good benefit (esp. healthcare) and great WLB (little chance of PIP, etc).
